Donkey Kong battling Fire Necky in DK: King of Swing

Fire Necky is a large, phoenix-like fiery Necky, the leader of the Neckys,[1] and the second boss of DK: King of Swing. Fire Necky is fought in Fire Necky's Nest in the Wild West World. Here, Fire Necky's attack is attempting to fly into the player character to harm them from its flames. The player must avoid this attack and wait for Fire Necky to start spitting flaming rocks at them and wait for them to extinguish before picking one up and throwing it at Fire Necky. After being hit, Fire Necky begins to slowly chase the Kong, remaining vulnerable to any rocks thrown at him. Once he is hit multiple times, the behemoth Necky is finally grounded. When he is defeated, Donkey or Diddy can collect the golden medal and access the Aqua World. By obtaining it, the player unlocks Obstacle Race 2 to the Jungle Jams mode.
