I'm gonna be honest, listing the Giga Bowser song on these articles irks me a bit. The sole reason we are including it in these sound test articles (applying this to both ''Brawl'' and ''Smash 4'') is because it's affiliated with Bowser, but my issues stems from the fact that A. it's an altered variation of a ''Super Smash Bros.'' song, being ''Melee's'' version of Final Destination, meaning it's not really a ''Mario series'' song and B. while Giga Bowser ''is'' a transformation of Bowser, the transformation itself is still considered a ''Super Smash Bros.'' entity. I'm kinda against the idea of these articles having a devoted ''Super Smash Bros.'' section for one song that isn't even a ''Mario series'' song to begin with and is only there by affiliation with a ''Mario'' character whose context as a whole isn't technically ''Mario'' related. I know this may sound weird coming from someone who genuinely supports the idea of having ''Smash'' coverage (and I'd rather just overturn the proposal that removed these lists, but that's not the point), my main point is that we really shouldn't list Giga Bowser under these articles if we're aiming to keep it ''Mario'' focused, as Giga Bowser is not a ''Mario'' song by any means, just a ''Smash'' song variation that plays for a ''Smash'' transformation of a ''Mario'' character. The reason I don't say the same about any "others" section is because we cover stuff like ''Wrecking Crew'' and that one retro medley has a ''Mario'' song in it. {{User:Tails777/sig}}

I'm gonna be honest, listing the Giga Bowser song on these articles irks me a bit. The sole reason we are including it in these sound test articles (applying this to both Brawl and Smash 4) is because it's affiliated with Bowser, but my issues stems from the fact that A. it's an altered variation of a Super Smash Bros. song, being Melee's version of Final Destination, meaning it's not really a Mario series song and B. while Giga Bowser is a transformation of Bowser, the transformation itself is still considered a Super Smash Bros. entity. I'm kinda against the idea of these articles having a devoted Super Smash Bros. section for one song that isn't even a Mario series song to begin with and is only there by affiliation with a Mario character whose context as a whole isn't technically Mario related. I know this may sound weird coming from someone who genuinely supports the idea of having Smash coverage (and I'd rather just overturn the proposal that removed these lists, but that's not the point), my main point is that we really shouldn't list Giga Bowser under these articles if we're aiming to keep it Mario focused, as Giga Bowser is not a Mario song by any means, just a Smash song variation that plays for a Smash transformation of a Mario character. The reason I don't say the same about any "others" section is because we cover stuff like Wrecking Crew and that one retro medley has a Mario song in it. I'm irked by its inclusion as well. Unless someone can give a compelling counterargument, I'd support removing it. SolemnStormcloud (talk) 22:24, October 4, 2024 (EDT)
