Pokey Pummel is a minigame in Mario Party 7 in which you hit a Pokey. Every time you hit it with your hammer on of the Pokey sections, it flies away into the sky. The game ends when one player hits the Pokey's head into the sky. The person who does this wins the game. It usually takes 5-10 seconds to complete.
