[[Lakipea]]s are the [[Beanbean Kingdom]] counterparts to [[Lakitu]]s, first appearing in the game ''[[Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga]]''. In keeping with the theme of their homeland, their names are a combination of "Lakitu" and "pea". Lakipeas are nearly identical to regular Lakitus, with the only differences being that the Lakipea has a sprout growing on its head and a vine-covered [[Lakitu's Cloud|cloud]].
