Luigi can battle Mr. Luggs by making him run out of food, something that is usually done by vacuuming in the Waiters, but Luigi can also stun the Waiters using his [[flashlight]], causing the Waiters to dissipate and reset and giving Luigi a brief chance to vacuum up Mr. Luggs's food. If the Waiters are present when Mr. Luggs is out of food, the Waiters flee in terror from his anger.
