Negative Ions are ions that heal Bowser's HP and SP fully. They appear in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. It is the exact equivalent of Mario and Luigi's Royal Shroom Tea and Emoglobin Sweat. They only appear in Broque's yellow shopping blocks and can be bought for 10 Coins. Bowser will only have the option to use the Negative Ions when either his HP, SP, or both are lowered. Since Mario and Luigi cannot activate the shopping blocks, they cannot use Negative Ions. The first time this is seen is on Bowser Path, when Bowser passes by the yellow shopping block.
