The Ceiling Surprise is a white ghost with a freaky smile that hides on the ceiling, and drops down to freak out Luigi when he's not looking. It is generally coupled with another common ghost, usually Bowling Ghosts. Ceiling Surprises are extremely weak with 0 HP, and always drop a 10- or 20-HP restoring Heart when captured.
