Blue Shy Guys are blue colored Shy Guys that first appeard in Super Mario Advance. Because of this they replaced pink Shy Guys exactly like the pink Pansers do in the NES version.

Blue Shy Guys also appeard in Paper Mario and these colored Shy Guys are Semi common enemies.
Mario Kart DS
In Mario Kart DS, a Blue Shy Guy appears if the player has gotten the AR codes.
Mario & Luigi: Partners it Time
Blue Shy Guys are Elite Boom Guys, Blue Shy Guys that carry Bill Blasters on their head. The color of their blue robes are a bit darker however they are still blue.
