Yes, he just fines you. I remember when I put PM2 into my Wii he said the clock had been tampered with and that he has to fine whoever tampered with it 500coins, and will repeatedly ask you if you did it. If you say yes, he will want the money, if you say no, then the Lottery wont reopen until you pay him. [[User:Candle Jack]]

Yes, he just fines you.
