Sniper Bill

A Sniper Bill is a large, flexible Bullet Bill that appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. These enemies roam the halls of Bowser's Castle, attacking intruders. However, instead of flying through the air like a normal Bullet Bill, a Sniper Bill will stand in one place and attack intruders with a Super Scope. Interestingly, Sniper Bill will both fire bullets from the Super Scope and fly into intruders (like a regular Bullet Bill). Like other members of the Koopa Troop, these enemies unknowingly aided Bowser’s enemy, the evil Cackletta, in her attack on the Beanbean Kingdom.
