Mushroom Times is a newspaper that appeared in the instruction booklet of Mario Pinball Land.[1] It explains that Princess Peach was launched to the Bowser's castle with the Sky Cannon during the ceremony, and that Mario went to save her. It also includes additional information about the Pinballer and the Sky Cannon. The newspaper contains images.

It is implied that this is a daily newspaper, and that this organization is located on Toadstool Street and Second Avenue.

Mushroom Times is also mentioned in an issue of Nintendo Comics System Bedtime for Drain-Head, where Mario tells Luigi to write them a letter after being told that Bowser has kidnapped Toad.
