Orbulon is an alien from the Wario Ware games. He is apparently intelligent because his genre is IQ. He begins the WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$! story by hitching a ride with Dribble and Spitz, disguised as a woman. When they arrived on his home planet, Orbulon made Dribble and Spitz his underlings.
