- “Use Boost Blocks to reach the goal ring without stepping on the moving platforms.”
- —In-game description
The High Road is a Boost Mode Challenge in New Super Mario Bros. U. The setting of the course is based on the Rock Candy Mines level, Shifting-Floor Cave.
Objective[edit]
Boost Blocks are needed to complete this challenge. The Boost Blocks are used to guide the player to the goal ring, as touching any of the stage's platforms results in the player losing the challenge. The platforms constantly go up, left, and right to affect the player's progress. Enemies such as Swoops, Piranha Plants, and Koopa Troopas are present. One Spike Top and Big Piranha Plant make an appearance.
