Power Shell is a default move mastered by Kooper and Koops in the Paper Mario games. The move is basically the same as Shell Toss, except Power Shell uses three Flower Points and attacks all ground based enemies. To successfully knock them completely, the player has to move the control stick left, when the stars flashes to the big star; release it and it will successfully knock all the ground enemies as it hurts the enemies.
Power Shell was referenced in Kooper's Catch Card description.
