Lavalava Island is an island in Paper Mario and is the holding place for the fifth Star Spirit. Unfortunately, something's happening in the volcano, Mount Lavalava, there, and it's a tough journey through this lava-infested place. The boss is a Lava Piranha and two Lava Buds. About the Boss: They are giant Piranhas that won't give up. They are tough, especally when you take them out. Even when you think you've beaten them, you haven't.
