The Station Key is a quest item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door that looks just like a green-colored skeleton key. It is needed during chapter six to open a locked door in Riverside Station. The Station Key can be obtained in a backroom that seems to be operating the clock ontop of Riverside Station. The player must make use of the cogwheels and machinery in that room to reach a point, where the key can be collected by Koops' Shell Toss or reached with Yoshi's Flutter Jump. Once collected, the Station Key appears in the Special Items section of the Gear menu, until it is used.
