The Happy Lucky Lottery is a lottery that occurs in Rogueport in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is run by a Bulky Bob-omb named Lucky. A Doogan normally hangs out here, cursing his bad luck. The lottery is located in the west side of Rogueport. At night, they announce the winner. The time is based off of the Gamecube's date settings. One can cheat by changing it to the next day. However, when done the second time, Mario will be fined for 500 Coins.

- 3 numbers – Lucky Day Badge and Zess Special
- 2 numbers – Ultra Shroom
