The sequel to DK: King of Swing, DK Jungle Climber will use much the same controls as the original. From screenshots it looks like Diddy Kong and Donkey Kong are playable. Other confirmed characters include Dixie Kong, Funky Kong, Cranky Kong, Candy Kong, Wrinkly Kong and King K. Rool. Also, the trailer for the game reveals that some of the enemies from the original DK King of Swing, such as Neeks, Zingers, and Click-Clacks will appear in the game. Other confirmed enemies include Flitters, Shuris, and Puftups.

DK Jungle Climber will presumably feature the same controls and play style as its predecessor. Interestingly, the trailer for DK Jungle Climber seems to show that more than one Kong will be playable at once in a style similar to the Donkey Kong Country/Land series, with one Kong following the other.

Plot

What is known about the plot is that Donkey Kong mistakes a Banana Spaceship for a real banana, and grounds it. A Banana Alien comes out and tells Donkey Kong that K. Rool has stolen their Crystal Banana, and Donkey Kong has to retrieve it. So far, what appears to be a robot-like Kremling boss has been seen, being fought by Diddy Kong.
