MarioWiki talk:List of PipeProjects

I think the SSB Pipe Project should be changed to include non-traditional Marioverse characters. If Pikachu and Zelda are not included, then Master Hand and Crazy Hand should not be included as well. They have nothing to do with the Marioverse besides being in the cross-over SSB series, just like Pikachu and Zelda. As such, all SSB-only articles should be deleted from this wiki, or other non-traditional characters should be included in the Project. -- Son of Suns
- Let's compromise. Non-Marioverse related characters can be a secondary focus for the PipeProject. The scope should finish all Marioverse characters first, then other Nintendo and 3rd party characters can be created later. Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 22:54, 2 September 2006 (EDT)
- That works. I completely agree. In fact, I prefer the compromise. The traditional Marioverse should be the primary focus, but we can't ignore the extended Marioverse. -- Son of Suns
I hope no one minds my new PipeProject idea. Superchao 16:38, 3 September 2006 (EDT)
- Yours seems fine, Superchao. Some articles with complete tattles are already on here, and we could use some more.
- What I am worried about, though, is that I can't lead and/or help in every PipeProject, as I have been thus far. We especially need someone to step up for the SSB project, because I do not play that series. Leaders should not tell people what to do strictly, but let contributors tell what they can do and assign them from there.
- I love the suggestions that are coming in. I'll be creating pages for Big Eight and Yoshi today, and if anyone needs help in creating anything else, I'd be happy to create PipeProject namespace pages with the precedent format if you request on my talk page (in my spare time).
Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 17:26, 3 September 2006 (EDT) - OK, I have not abandoned you all...I'll get to as many as I can tomorrow. If I don't get to it, anyone can try using the format on any of the other pages. Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 02:37, 4 September 2006 (EDT)
- Can mine be approved? Superchao 19:35, 5 September 2006 (EDT)
- If you feel your Pipe Project has enough support, you can make one yourself, following the precedent set by Wayoshi with the Pipe Projects he created. -- Son of Suns
- How do I do that? Superchao 20:26, 5 September 2006 (EDT)
- Do you want to make the Paper Mario one??? -- Son of Suns
- Yeah. Just tellme how.
- I created the PipeProject: Paper Mario Enemies page. You can make it how you want but you should attempt to emulate other PipeProject pages, such as the PipeProject: Mario Kart page. ---Son of Suns
- Yeah. Just tellme how.

Shy Guys?
Could I make a Shy Guy PipeProject? Superchao 21:49, 6 September 2006 (EDT)
- Try creating a suggested PipeProject on this page to see if others are interested. Make sure we can see the potential goals you want to accomplish with such a project. -- Son of Suns
Should we mention...
the PipeProject creators for active PipeProjects on the PipeProject page? Superchao 20:52, 25 October 2006 (EDT)
- Let's keep the creators as the first member on the PipeProject page itself, not the list. Template:Color-link-pipedayoshi TC@ 21:04, 25 October 2006 (EDT)
- That does not apply to mine. Never mind. Superchao 21:15, 25 October 2006 (EDT)
