New names for games
After a while, me my friends where thinking of new titles and story lines for games. So i'm putting it down on my talk to show the world. And if you have any names, just post them up here. Remember, these are just jokes.--Elite Yoshi 21:44, 28 Mar 2006 (EST)Elite Yoshi

Attention Mariowiki
Should we work a bit on the aboutwiki page? I'm just askin'. Also, is there a way we can advertise mariowiki to others.
- We have worked on the aboutwiki page. If you want to add something aboot the history of the wiki or something like that, go ahead. As for advertising, I'm working on it. SaltyTalk! 19:05, 12 April 2006 (EDT)
- I do see any trouble going on lately, it is going to be a easy week for a while --Caff ya later, Elite Yoshi 19:05, 13 April 2006 (EDT)
- The Wanted Page has decrease (to me). Keep up the good work whoever is doing this. I think the Wanted Page won't ever
be less than a 100 pages left. --Caff ya later, Elite Yoshi 11:05, 14 April 2006 (EDT)
Deleting stuff
After a few deletions, I'm thinking the people who made the work in progress must be pretty mad after their work has been destroyed. I'm thinking we should let them have a chance. Here are some few ideas before deleting stuff.
- The massive amount of deletions lately have been deletion of completely blank pages, that someone created and didn't put any information in, and because there were quite a few IPs (which Porplemontage suspects to be bots) posting a list of spam sites. They post these sites because there are search engines passing through the MarioWiki, and I'm sure they hope to boost site hits when posting their links here. You may ask why we delete the blank pages; this is simply because they are useless. In fact, they are harmful. People think when they see the blue link that there is already a page of information on the other side, and thus skim down until they find a red link that has no information, so they can start there own mini-project. Getting rid of blank pages encourages the wiki's growth and well-being. -DarkInsanity (talk)
- Also, Elite Yoshi, after reviewing your contributions (here), you have made no actual content edits to the wiki, except for one incompleted list of items in ML:SS. You can't really say much here, considering you've done next nothing but reply to month old "talk" pages, and edit your own description. -DarkInsanity (talk)
- I have DarkInsanity check the work i've done some work on super star saga, (bottom page). What i mean is let the few pages have a week long life-span, after a week, if nothings there(or blank), then delet it.
Yeah, just because he's only been here a week doesn't mean he can't bring useful and helpful ideas to a growing wiki that needs them. SaltyTalk! 19:08, 30 Mar 2006 (EST)
- I didn't say he couldn't; I said all he's done has made blank pages. Blank pages get deleted; why did you make them if you weren't going to edit them for a week? Make the pages when you're actually going to add content. Simple enough, right? You show great potentional as a staple member of the Super Mario Wiki, my small green friend, but you need to use it. -DarkInsanity (talk)
- But sometimes people only go on for a short time, and maybe a while until they comeback, but you do have a point, but thanks.--Elite Yoshi
Hey There
Hey, EY. Just wanted to let you know I joined. If you need any help, just ask me. See ya. Salty 17:07, 30 Mar 2006 (EST)
- Also, I figured out the problem with your sig. Go to your preferences at the top, and where it says "nickname" type "{{User:Elite Yoshi/sig}}". That should fix it. If you learn how, feel free to change your sig. SaltyTalk! 19:08, 30 Mar 2006 (EST)
Word?

New ideas
I was thinking... we should add on to the about Mariowiki page. Its not really... well... good. I was thinking to add on to it to make it better..--Elite Yoshi-- Caff ya later, Elite Yoshi 16:36, 3 Apr 2006 (EDT)
I was having another crazy idea lately. I've seen all the other Wikis have awards for Users for all the work they have done. So I think Mariowiki should have awards to give for really hard workers that make Mariowiki what it is. It is just an idea so you can reply to this in any way. ..--Elite Yoshi-- Caff ya later, Elite Yoshi 14:55, 8 Apr 2006 (EDT)
- Yeah, they're called Barnstars. But like, the few users we have are contributors, so like, everyone who goes on would be a barnstar... it wouldn't work out unless we have a lot more users. In a year or two, remind me about this. SaltyTalk! 18:46, 9 Apr 2006 (EDT)
And to reply to your message, what was deleted? Nothing's been deleted all day except the Nintendo category. SaltyTalk! 18:46, 9 Apr 2006 (EDT)
Anus
To answer your question, I get as much time as I want, which can get to be several hours sometimes. By the way, when you create an article, like Banana, instead of starting with "One of the most used items in the Mario Kart series", say "The banana is one of the most used items in the Mario Kart series", with the beginning part and the name of the article bolded in the sentence. Just a reminder. SaltyTalk! 18:56, 3 Apr 2006 (EDT)

And aboot Stick Arena, Mr.Cheese is gone this weekend, so we can do it after school next week. SaltyTalk! 17:42, 14 April 2006 (EDT)
Minigames
I know you and Mr.Cheese wanted that minigames page, so I created it. I haven't added any games to it, so you can start. You should either list them in alphabetical order or categorize them by which game they appeared in. Enjoy it at Minigames. SaltyTalk! 18:25, 14 April 2006 (EDT)
- I'd like to point out, Salty (and whoever else this may concern), that on the Mario Party page I started a list of all the mini-games in the Mario Party series. I can copy what I have so far over, or I can add a redirect to the Mario Party page, where it instantly scrolls down to "mini-games." In fact, I'm gonna see if that works. I'll get back to you shorlty. -DarkInsanity (talk)
