The Heavy Meal is a recipe cooked by Dyliss in the game Super Paper Mario. It is made by adding a Honey Jar to a Honey Candy. As it states in it's description, the dish looks like a big, hard, gloppy mess. Using it gives the player the sluggish status change. It is utterly useless, and does not sell very well. Even Dyliss was disappointed when she got the result of a Heavy Meal. Therefore, it is best to avoid making this dish, unless the player wants to add it to the recipe list.
