Chomp is the name given to a special offensive move acquired to Croco in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. When it's used, Croco gets his sack and throws an enemy (A K-9, a Piranha Plant or whatever enemy) to a member of the player's party (in this case, Mario, Mallow and Geno) giving a great damage that could faint the member in a hit. The player can halve the damage of the attack by pressing the defense button before the object falls on the member. Croco uses this attack when fights against Mario in Moleville again when he stole Mario's Coins.

It's strange, but Croco will can use the move only when he has removed the items' pack of the Mario's party, giving a big challenge to the player to confront with Croco without recovery items.
