More than one exclamation point is simply used to show more intensity in a quote. For example, if I were to say, "Do it now", there is obviously nothing showing excitement in my quote or intensity. If I were to add and exclamation point, "Do it now!", you would know I was yelling. If I added another, "Do it now!!", it simply sows more intensity. That's why more than one exclamation point can be necessary. User:Fixitup

RE: Image Issue
Dude; I can upload another image under the same name.... But there are limitions. For instance, I have to replace an image that has the same JPG next to the name like DryBones.jpg as the old image and PM2_DryBones.jpg as the new image. If I upload a new image that is in a different file type; like GIF; the wiki rejected it. So I'm forced to upload the new image manually and delete the old image. 
RAP... Image Master, continuing it's role. :D
