Tilt Island is a mini-game taking place in Super Paper Mario. To play, hold the Wii Remote sideways (the way one would normally hold it in the game) and tilt it to move Mario left or right. Catch falling desserts for points. Collect enough desserts to advance to the next round. Get hit by a falling monster or tilt Mario off the island, and lose a life. Lose all three lives, and the game is over. Clear 20 Levels and win the game.
