Giant Spider

The Giant Spider is a giant one-eyed spider mini-boss in the area Fungi Forest in Donkey Kong 64. The Giant Spider is fought by Tiny Kong. It attacks by sending smaller spiders toward Tiny and also by shooting webbing that either temporarily reverses the game's controls or freezes Tiny in place. Tiny can damages the Giant Spider by hitting it's eye with her feather bow when it opens it. After being hit multiple times the Giant Spider will fall to the ground, shrink into a normal spider enemy and try to charge into Tiny. A few simple hits will destroy the shrunken Giant Spider, after it is defeated a Golden Banana will appear before Tiny.
