The "M" Dasher is Mario's main kart of choice in Mario Kart DS. It is a long, skinny, white kart with stripes along each side. It has average speed, acceleration, weight, handling, and drift and high acceleration.
Trivia
- "M" Dasher is also the name of an unofficial Japanese song based on the the Super Mario Bros. theme music. This song, which featured humorous voice-overs saying phrases such as "Luigi's getting sulky", proved itself quite popular in Japan.
- Its name is most likely a reference to the controls of the side-scrolling NES games - the player presses and holds the B button to dash.
