The blocks part of the records section found in the suitcase, listing all the ? Blocks (visible and hidden) the player has found.

In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, Mario and Luigi can collect Coins and items from floating yellow blocks, all throughout the Beanbean Kingdom. There are 5 distinctive types of blocks in the game:

? Block: The basic one, both Mario and Luigi can strike it at any time. Is also the only one that can have also items inside.
Bros. Block: When struck by either Mario or Luigi, it will move in the direction of the arrow and change to the opposite brother's color and initial. When struck by that brother, it will move back to where it was and change again.
Random Block: When hit, it will release a coin and either turn red and display an "M", signaling for Mario to hit it, or turn green and display an "L", signaling for Luigi to hit it. If the correct brother hits the block, another coin is released. It is random whether it changes between colors or stays the same color once hit.
Rally Block: When struck, Mario and Luigi will face each other. One brother hits the block for a coin, the number on the block changes to one and the Rally Block will slowly move toward the other brother. When possible, he should jump for another coin. The number will change to two and the process repeats. The block will start to accelerate. Can be hit up to 100 times but if a brother misses the block, it stops early. This process can be repeated two more time, for 300 Coins maximum.
Hidden Block: ? Block which is at first invisible and has to be struck to be revealed. After equiping Secret Specs accessory, the blocks can be seen even before being struck in the form of white outline. All Hidden Blocks contain one Hoo Bean inside of them.

There are a total of 370 blocks to be found, but only 299 are counted in-game. This page shows the locations of each one and how to get to them. Mario Bros.' House is the only location that does not have any visible blocks at all.

Additionally, Mario and Luigi have only one chance to collect items from blocks in Peach's Castle, Koopa Cruiser, Chucklehuck Woods Underground (the cavern area just after defeating Chuckolator), Guffawha Ruins, and the S.S. Chuckola part of Teehee Valley, as these areas become inaccessible after leaving them. Finally, the blocks inside the houses in the town part of Beanbean Castle are only available between returning to the town from Chucklehuck Woods Underground and reaching the end of Joke's End.

There are also 8 blocks that are seen but not counted here: 1 in Koopa Cruiser (Bowser Baddies demonstrate how Bros. Block works and never move away from the block) and 7 in Woohoo Hooniversity (3 are empty versions of Bros., Random and Rally Blocks and 4 are the from the older games (do not give out Coins and never become Empty Blocks)).

There are lots of things different between the original game and the remake:

68 new ? Blocks
Some of the old blocks have different placements.
Different contents inside most of the old ? Blocks.
Blocks are now counted in-game, specifically in the Records section of the suitcase. Only the ? Blocks in revisitable areas and the ? Blocks in Beanbean Castle houses are counted.
Unlike other games, Hidden Blocks are also counted in the block counter. If the Bros. stand near the place with the hidden blocks for long enough, their location is revealed by sparkling, although this process can be bypassed by the Secret Specs, which are obtained by blending five different drinks at Starbeans Cafe, which if equipped to either bro. will allow the player to see the invisible blocks in the form of a white outline. Such blocks will be will be marked with Secret Specs icon and their picture will be in the form of previously mentioned outline.
One hidden block in Joke's End have been turned into regular ? Block.
Most of the locations have been combined and renamed, making the list smaller. Changes include: Toadtown Square->Peach's Castle, Hoohoo Village+Hoohoo Mountain+Hoohoo Mountain Base->Hoohoo Mountain, Beanbean Outskirts+Beanbean International Airport->Beanbean Fields, Beanbean Castle Town+Beanbean Castle+Beanbean Castle Sewer->Beanbean Castle, Chateau de Chucklehuck+Chucklehuck Woods->Chucklehuck Woods, Oho Oasis+Seabed+Oho Ocean->Oho Oasis and Teehee Valley+Little Fungitown+ S.S. By taking the immediate path, Mario should continue the path until he reaches another passageway into the castle itself.

Mario should enter the whirlpool to reach the otherwise inaccessible, northernmost part of the Seabed.
