The Strawberry Donut is a High-End glider in Mario Kart Tour that made its debut in the Cooking Tour. It is a variant of the Chocolate Donut resembling a vanilla French cruller donut with strawberry icing. Unlike the Chocolate Donut, this glider improves the chances of getting Mushrooms from Item Boxes and increases the number of points awarded for using Mushrooms.

Two reports published on the official Mario Kart Tour social media accounts revealed that the Strawberry Donut was one of the most popular gliders in multiplayer races throughout 2021, particularly among players with a multiplayer grade of S or higher. Another report, using data collected from the same year, showed that it was the sixth glider with the most used High-End level-boost tickets.

Since its debut in the Cooking Tour, the Strawberry Donut has appeared in all regular tour pipes. It is also available in the Daily Selects lineup. The table below lists special availabilities for the Strawberry Donut by tour.
