Toad/DaisyEdit

I expect they will be in, but there is no proof yet, and I have seen their names on the list being removed and put back. Where is the proof they will be here?

There is no proof. I think users are basing this on assumptions and patterns, rather than official word, so just assume they're not confirmed. Yet.   Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 15:42, 11 June 2014 (EDT)
It is very likely that Toad will be in it though, as Yellow Toad seems to take his place as the host again, and red is the only non confirmed toad color.
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
Yeah, it's kind of like Yoshi's case with Mario Party: Island Tour, except Toad isn't seen yet.   Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 16:10, 11 June 2014 (EDT)

If you watched the direct, they are most certainly in! --Toad the Mushroom (talk) 07:49, 16 January 2015 (EST)

This discussion is 7 months old. You shouldn't reply to discussions that are older than a month (the exception being unresolved proposals. I'm sure no one who participated in this post knew these characters were going to be revealed in a Nintendo Direct in January. Laikue (talk | contribs) 09:46, 16 January 2015 (EST)
Okay, sorry then. You can delete what i said. --Toad the Mushroom (talk) 13:59, 19 January 2015 (EST)

Titles for minigamesEdit

Shouldn't we cal Fruit Scoot Scurry/Beeline Shrine/ Cheep Cheep Leap four player minigames, or since its the sequel to Mario Party 9 then Free-For-All Minigames?
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).

We can add that info when we're given the names. MarioComix (talk) 05:10, 13 June 2014 (EDT)

Bowser Jr. SpaceEdit

One of the pictures on the E3 website discreetly show a Bowser Jr. Space. Does this possibly reveal the return of a Bowser Jr. event or minigame as well as his own appearance? User:FireFlower

The image which contains the Bowser Jr. Space can also be seen in the picture with Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Wario riding the bullet bills. I believe it is the 8th or 9th picture on the article.
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
Also, on the map you can see Bowser Jr. in front of the tower. I think this should be noted Toadbrigade5 (talk) 16:38, 13 June 2014 (EDT)

Would it be alright if I added a space section to the article? Additionally, should we address Bowser Jr. under one of the character sections? User:FireFlower.

I'm pretty sure he'd go under bosses, but let's wait on the space section until we get more spaces.  Triple K, Skye 19:10, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
Okay I'll put him under bosses or another category when more information is revealed. And aren't there plenty of known spaces from the pictures we've seen? User:FireFlower
We don't quite know what they do yet. Except maybe the blue space, but that's all I can think of. Do you see any other familiar spaces?  Triple K, Skye 19:17, 13 June 2014 (EDT)

I saw many spaces from Mario Party 9: VS, Green, Forward ect. Whether their effects are the same or not I don't know however I would safely say that self explanatory spaces like the forward space will stay the same. User:FireFlower

NabbitEdit

Where is the proof that Nabbit will be in this game?

Where did that even come from?  Triple K, Skye 19:38, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
I was just about to ask! Did anyone check his article? Toadbrigade5 (talk) 20:00, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
Nope, nothing. I think it can be tacken out... Toadbrigade5 (talk) 20:02, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
It was Mario7 who put it there. I just asked where he got the info.  Triple K, Skye 20:08, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
Okay, now that his function is confirmed, I see as likely, but I still want to see the source. (Also to find other info from it) Toadbrigade5 (talk) 00:35, 14 June 2014 (EDT)

I don't see Nabbit appearing in this game. We have absolutely no evidence on him what so ever. (Super65)

Cars again? (frowny face)Edit

I've seen some of the screenshots, and it looks like the cars are back. 1) is there any proof otherwise, or does this need to be added to the article, and 2) (on a more forum-based note) NO WHY NINTENDO WHYYYY Peanutjon (talk) 20:33, 13 June 2014 (EDT)

I think what you're reffering to is the amusment park rides, they may just be for this board. And CALM DOWN! IT'S GONNA BE OK!  Triple K, Skye 21:01, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
Well, in the following two pictures, it shows Mario, Wario, Peach, and Luigi riding in what resembles the cars from MP9. The second picture has them at the start of the board (bottom-left corner) standing in front of a car, much like in MP9. Peanutjon (talk) 21:18, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
Wait, this wasn't on the Article? I picked that up straight away. -   21:20, 13 June 2014 (EDT)

That doesn't mean there's proof of the cars returning. At least in Mario Party Island Tour, when you drove in vehicles, you drove separate. How ever in MP9, you all drive together, and if someone turns down a path with bad stuff in that path, and your up next, then it will be real hard catching up. But anyways, back on topic, we don't have complete proof of the cars returning. (Super65)

Bowser PartyEdit

The new game mode at Mario Party series has a single-mode or it's only multiplayer? --201.81.220.38 19:51, 14 June 2014 (EDT)

We don't know yet. Could be anything. We're just going to have to be patient. -   19:57, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
Speking of that... I'll start making this page soon  TSUNAMI
Don't. Wait until the game is released and all facts about it are known. Yoshi876 (talk)
Ops... I make 3 minigame pages... but don't delete them as they are the basic when the game exits. For Bowser Party I incorporate it in the article... but then, should we delete the links? Because I was about to make them all finishing tomorrow  TSUNAMI
I break the rules (and the code), I'll make them all. I'll try to don't make stubs and one-liner but to put all the info that we know, so please don't delete them  TSUNAMI
Done, I make them all. It tooks 1-2 hours, so please don't delete them  TSUNAMI

Cars (again) again? (maybe not?)Edit

I'm watching the treehouse and they keep saying "In Bowser Party everyone's on a team", which implies that cars are only in Bowser Party... proof otherwise? Peanutjon (talk) 23:33, 14 June 2014 (EDT)

We don't know for sure yet  Ray Trace(T|C) 23:40, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
Well the article implies it's official. I'm rewording it now. Peanutjon (talk) 23:45, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
There is a shot in just four player without bowser where they are in the car. So they are there. Period. Plus, I doubt they would make seperate boards for a different mode. And I actually am happy about the cars.
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
I don't see that. Can you give a reference? Peanutjon (talk) 15:16, 16 June 2014 (EDT)
The begining of the trailer. In the treehouse bowser party, their were no mini stars wilst in Mario party, they are there, plus you can see it in the trailer. Cars return. Final.
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
I still don't see that. (Plus your grammar is horrid so I'm not entirely sure what you said). Please show me, I'm stupid. Peanutjon (talk) 11:44, 17 June 2014 (EDT)
MINISTARS are NOT in BOWSER PARTY. They ARE in MARIO PARTY. Therefore, cars must be in Mario Party to accomodate the ministars. Second, just cuz there in a car doesn't mean there on a team. Have you played mario party 9?
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
1) Sign your comments 2) Don't yell at me 3) That doesn't seem to make any sense, and is just speculation, and yes I have played MP9 otherwise I wouldn't be upset that the cars are back. Peanutjon (talk) 16:14, 17 June 2014 (EDT)

Cars don't have to be in Mario Party to claim Mini-stars. Look in Mario Party: Island Tour. There were no vehicles at all when you did the board with Mini-stars on it. There for, you don't have to have cars in Mario Party to collect Mini-stars. - SuperWarioBoy321

Shy Guy?Edit

In the key artwork, in the background, Shy Guy can be seen riding the Wiggler coaster. He uses his MP9 artwork. So... is he in? Peanutjon (talk) 17:58, 16 June 2014 (EDT)

We don't know if he's playable or a non-playable host or something. It's better if we wait until more information is released.   Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 18:06, 16 June 2014 (EDT)

We've seen tons of Mario characters that have been seen in the background of pictures of other games, and yet they haven't been confirmed. So there's no complete proof of Shy Guy returning. (Super65)

9th minigame?Edit

In the trailer there is a Bowser Party minigame where there are two platforms with Bowser ground pounding... another minigame?  TSUNAMI

Yes, but we can't talk about it since we don't know the name.
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
Errrm since when? Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker has plenty of stages without names, just their description. This article itself has a nameless board. If someone has more info on it, add it as an unnamed minigame. Peanutjon (talk) 17:16, 17 June 2014 (EDT)
Yeah... Good point... Put it in the list then.Toadbrigade5 (talk) 18:27, 17 June 2014 (EDT)

GoombasEdit

How are they supporting? As far as I know they are spectators.
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).

They'd still fall into the same category of "NPC". If someone wants to change that, go ahead. MarioComix (talk) 17:09, 18 June 2014 (EDT)

How is yoshi playable and supporting?Edit

Top line says allToadbrigade5 (talk) 12:48, 20 June 2014 (EDT)

What I think is, other yoshis are supporters and the actual Yoshi is playable.  Triple K, Skye 13:21, 20 June 2014 (EDT)

The thing is, although artwork shows Yoshi with the main cast, he has not been explicitly confirmed by Nintendo to be playable in the game, hence removing him from playable and sticking him to non-playable for now. However, someone (technically speculating) decided to stick him back into the playable section. Also, the reference to Mario Party Legacy does not cut it as a proper reference, because they're just a coverage site and are too speculating (i.e. they don't have any special access to behind-the-scenes info or whatever). MarioComix (talk) 15:48, 20 June 2014 (EDT)

ugh not this straw grasping again  Ray Trace(T|C) 21:02, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
He. Is. Playable. Can we just use simple inference and just live with it?   Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 21:16, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
Proper etiquette dictates we shouldn't, unfortunately. MarioComix (talk) 22:33, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
Basic logic triumphs over "proper etiquette". If Yoshi did not appear in the group art, he would be not even listed. But he does, and prominently, with three other characters, with a total of four, the maximum amount of nonBowser players in a Mario Party game. Yoshi is a 100% established, extremely prominent Mario character with perfect attendance in Mario Party (similar to Luigi and Peach). Judging by how the artwork is presented and previous patterns, it is safe to assume Yoshi is playable. Now, can we go back to adding Yoshi as playable?   Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 22:42, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
Personally I would want to list him as playable too, so you can go ahead; it's just I'm not sure about the higher-ups. MarioComix (talk) 23:34, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
I'm not understanding why Yoshi is listed as playable when it hasn't been confirmed as such. Artwork alone doesn't confirm that he is playable - shouldn't we wait until a screenshot and/or video is released showing Yoshi as playable before adding him? Dry Bowser rules! (talk)
As my twin stated, he has been featured prominently in the key artwork, alongside the other playable characters. It's not a coincidence, especially for a character who has supported perfect attendance. There's more evidence for his playability than not, and the evidence is by far a stronger reason than the fact he's not shown in any gameplay footage.  Ray Trace(T|C) 00:28, 10 January 2015 (EST)

CharactersEdit

Can't we make one heading for all the characters that aren't playable insted of splitting thme up in 3 difirrent categories? Billy-Luigi Time!  04:19, 25 June 2014 (EDT)

Yeah. All the characters are scattered in different sections now that I think about it. Do you think Bowser Jr will come back again? It was nice have him in Mario Party: Island Tour. It would be great to have him returning. - SuperWarioBoy321

Two Important thingsEdit

I agree about the merge of Characters, but when the host and more bosses are confirmed, I think they should have there own list. Second, can I have a reference for the Blooper and Bob-omb?
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).

Yeah me too Billy-Luigi Time!  14:13, 25 June 2014 (EDT)

Not enough images.Edit

It looks rather boring, and images should be added. I know when the game is released we will have character and board and maybe even item artwork and that will fill it up, but in the meantime, can we put in some images of the boards?
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).

We just need the images in the first place. :P   Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 02:40, 28 June 2014 (EDT)
And I don't think we'll be able to get those images until the game comes out. If you look at other Mario Party games, most of the images on the main article end up coming from in-game anyway. MarioComix (talk) 03:00, 28 June 2014 (EDT)

Something about bowser party spaces.Edit

There are spaces for bowser party' and there is a health+ space. Maybe there will be a health- space? User:Joseph

who knows for sure?  Ray Trace(T|C) 21:24, 14 July 2014 (EDT)
I do. It was in the treehouse.Toadbrigade5 (talk) 23:14, 14 July 2014 (EDT)

Or maybe a space where bowser gets 2 turns' and one is the opposite' where the players get 2 turns. And a space where you play a bowser minigames' bowser party minigame' whatever. User:Joseph (talk)

If they put a health- space, I'll be like: "WHAT IN THE NAME OF MUSHROOMS, MY HEALTH (rage face)", yeah, I hate losing my health. --  Brandon-Jay (Go weegee!)

I can't log in on this computer, I am at summer camp, but I need to make this quick. I say a space with a broken heart in the tree house and Bowser's wrist band around it. I don't know what it is but I think its a health minus space. Maybe we should mention that. Toadbrigade5

Ok, and also Baby Luigi. --  Brandon-Jay (Go weegee!)

@Brandon-Jay: The article talk-pages are not meant for forum-like comments.

:But yes, based on the similarities between the space you mention and the +Health Space, that is most likely a -Health space.  BabyLuigi64

Oh, I forgot about that . Sorry about that. --  Brandon-Jay (Go weegee!)   Plus, my left arm hurts.

New Logo?Edit

can someone add the new logo for MP10 that was shown in this promotional video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTG_IQfraUk (amiibo February Figures Overview by Nintendo) Check around the 1:28 mark in the video Zm123bro (talk) 13:37, 11 November 2014 (EST)

amiibo infoEdit

Should we note which amiibo will be compatible with this game? --YoshiMaster1026!!

We will note once we know. Though according to the amiibo page, it says the Mario, Peach, and Yoshi will be compatible. Is the source from the amiibo video or...where else confirmed? My memory is failing me here.  Ray Trace(T|C) 23:09, 6 December 2014 (EST)

In stores such as Target there are new amiibo virtual displays confirming that Mario, Peach, and Yoshi figures will work on this game. --YoshiMaster1026!!

Thank you. Also Yoshi is confirmed to work on Yoshi's Woolly World so add that to it's page --YoshiMaster1026!!

Box artEdit

Check it out
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by The Mario Gamer (talk).

I think this box art doesn't look final. Look at other Mario Party box arts, where there's a group cast of playable/supporting characters. Infinite8 05:21, 23 December 2014 (EST)

Well, we kind of have to add it. It is from an official sorce.--YoshiMaster1026!!

I've found a higher res version of it. File:WiiU MarioParty10 pkg.jpg Can someone please convert it to .png? Infinite8

Mega GoombaEdit

Ok, I think I figured out that he might be the midway boss for the park stage. Here is why:

In mario party 9, boss battles took place where the tower/castle was found. King boo in a tower/Dry bone in a graveyard/blooper on a ship/Cheep Cheep underwater.

So, if Mega Goomba is in a grassland, well, kinda far to make two grassland stages is it. But if you noticed, the tower isn't in the park, its outside in a grassland. So I think he'll be the midway boss.  Toad and his brigade!  18:56, 15 January 2015 (EST)

Toadette is PlayableEdit

Can someone put Toadette in the Returning Playable Character list since she will be playable in Mario Party 10 as see from some screenshot of the game in the Japanese Amazon, because she is in the unknown list? You can see a screenshot of Toadette and Mario playing a mini-game.

Here's the reference: http://www.amazon.co.jp/任天堂-マリオパーティ10/dp/B00S66U7YE
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by LudwigVon (talk).

I saw that image, but it's currently impossible to say if that is a duel minigame between two human players, or if Toadette acts as an NPC that the human must beat (think of the solo DK Minigames from Mario Party 5-7). Until we see her in a free-for-all minigame with her own head icon, or on a board, let's not add her yet. MarioComix (talk) 21:02, 17 January 2015 (EST)
With the inclusion of Bosses, a lack of spaces for Toadette dueling on the board which we've seen, and etc... I am sure we can assume shes playable. I mean, she did star in an artwork similar to Yoshi's case, and I'm sure this is valid evidence.  Toad and his brigade!  22:37, 17 January 2015 (EST)
Yoshi is one thing, but Toadette is more of a gray area. I'd say wait, even though I believe she's playable. Laikue (talk | contribs) 23:03, 17 January 2015 (EST)
There are more hints towards Toadette's playability. Considering she's spotted here alongside with Toad, another playable character, I highly doubt she's there for show. She's directly participating in this minigame, unlike bosses who do things of their own. It's more likely that this is in fact a 1v1 minigame than a boss one.  Ray Trace(T|C) 23:21, 17 January 2015 (EST)

SpikeEdit

Is Spike a playable character? If he is, is there a source that says so? FireFlower

Uh, there is no confirmation, nor anything remotely hinting towards that. Laikue (talk | contribs) 23:01, 17 January 2015 (EST)
Then who else could it possibly be? There is a solid chance there won't be more than 12 characters. Historically, the final character in the Mario Party series is discreetly revealed ahead of time without any official confirmation. It can't imagine Birdo being in Mario Party 10 considering she was axed in Mario Kart 8 but you never know.
OK, I didn't realize he was on the boxart, but I still don't think he's gonna be playable. There's no historic thing where the final character is revealed discreetly and Birdo has perfect attendance (from 6 onwards). Plus, Spike isn't even all that big a character. It is odd that he appears on the box-art, but I have my own theory for that. (Hint, Hint: I think he plays a role in Bowser Party) Laikue (talk | contribs) 01:01, 18 January 2015 (EST)
First, I'd like to say Spike merely appears on the boxart, he is not implied to be playable. Second there is nothing saying there won't be more than twelve. We have 3 months left, Birdo and others can still appear. And Birdo wasn't axed just cause she missed one installment. (She even cameoed in that game.  Toad and his brigade!  00:08, 18 January 2015 (EST)
Guys, take a look at this, I think it hints further into Spike's inclusion! http://mariopartylegacy.com/2015/01/mario-party-10-official-art-released/77.30.192.42 15:09, 23 January 2015 (EST)
It's strongly implied that Spike is fully playable, but we should wait because Spike might end up being a major host or a playable character in some random crap mode. It can be surprising. Besides, the official art is already uploaded to this wiki, check our gallery page for this game.   Mario-HOHO! (Talk / Stalk) 15:22, 23 January 2015 (EST)

Items sectionsEdit

In the article, there's not a item sections where we can see what item will be in the game like the dice block, mini star and mini ztar. Maybe someone should put this section on the page please. --LudwigVon (talk) 09:53, 18 January 2015 (EST)

I don't know if it's really needed yet. --Dfrthyui (talk) 09:59, 18 January 2015 (EST)
Mini Star, Mini Ztar and Dice Block is confirm to reappear, but nothing of this item is write on the page. We should put more information. --LudwigVon (talk) 10:01, 18 January 2015 (EST)
Add it if you want I guess. --Dfrthyui (talk) 10:06, 18 January 2015 (EST)

Spike is PlayableEdit

Spike is playable! Look at the link at the top of this talk page. Click it and it will show you official artwork of all the playable characters! User:FireFlower

While it seems somewhat likely (who the hell knows why they would do it), Wario, Waluigi, and Donkey Kong are all not there. And (this is a bit of a long-shot) his background is in a different position than literally every other player character there. So don't add it to the article yet. Laikue (talk | contribs) 18:43, 21 January 2015 (EST)
Bowser got one, and he is not REALLY a main game playable character. I think this may be for bosses too. Won't be surprised if Petey gets one two.  Toad and his brigade!  22:17, 21 January 2015 (EST)
That is an intresting point you made about Bowsers's artwork. I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions so quickly. However Spike probably will end up to be a playable character. He seems to be on the same path as Kamek was in Mario Party 9, and by that I mean known to be in the game but not confirmed until the last minute. He'll probably take the place of Birdo just like Kamek did with Toadette in Mario Party 9. User:FireFlower
Glad you noticed! But either way, Kamek is on the cover and he's a boss. I highly doubt spikes in, considering he's such a minor character. You do realize there can be more than one character left you know? And I highly expect Birdo in it. And possibly Diddy Kong. Toad and his brigade!  23:51, 21 January 2015 (EST)
BTW, did you notice there are no enemies in the cast? They dropped Shy Guy, Boo, Dry Bone, Hammer Bro, and Blooper. I think this means we won't see spike. Toad and his brigade!  23:51, 21 January 2015 (EST)

seeing as how Spike has become pretty common in Mario games, 3D World, NSMB series, Sticker Star, etc. I can actually see him being a possibility just like how Rosalina became common. Plus all that dropping the other enemies doesn't mean anything. They won't show all the characters at once, maybe we will see Shy Guy and Koopa return only because this MP is similar to MP9. Also seeing how other Mario Parties never really had artwork for other characters other than Major NPCs like Bowser or Board Hosts. It is obscure why Spike is playable, never being a playable character and not being too well known.  YoshiGo99  00:53, 22 January 2015 (EST)
Bosses have always recieved artwork.........  Toad and his brigade!  18:56, 22 January 2015 (EST)

Full Roster and Additional DetailsEdit

I went on IGN's page for Mario Party 10 and under the character section I saw this: Default: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Birdo, Toad, Wario, Waluigi, Donkey Kong then Unlockable: Diddy Kong, Bowser Jr., Toadette, Rosalina, and Bowser. Could somebody look into that source and clarify everything. Thought it looked fairly plausible. User:FireFlower

Except Bowser in unlockable? He's already default. Can you provide a link? (This sounds too good to be true.)  Toad and his brigade!  20:20, 22 January 2015 (EST)

Found it, and I say, false. Under gallery, they just reuse old artworks instead of using new ones. It's poorly made and incorrect as well. Sorry to bust your bubble, but this awesome roster is not to be.  Toad and his brigade!  20:22, 22 January 2015 (EST)
Okay, but why are Donkey Kong and Rosalina included in a roster that was made over 6th months ago? I find it way to wild of a coincidence for somebody to accurately speculate about something like characters several months in advance. I am especially saying this for Donkey Kong's sake since that "fake list" lists him yet he has been officially revealed. By the way, how is it fake? User:FireFlower
Three words: Fans Love Them. Everyone was asking for them, so all fan made rosters pretty much have them. Regardless. It is surprising. And additionally, its false, because Bowser A isn't unlockable, and the Artworks B are reused and not from the game itself.  Toad and his brigade!  20:33, 22 January 2015 (EST)
I don't know where you saw any artwork so I can't determine whether the artwork was reused or not. Also are you completely sure that Bower will only be playable in Bowser Party? User:FireFlower
IGN has a wiki. That is where that is listed. Any old schmo can add stuff there. There is no proof for any of those characters and nearly every single prediction list I've seen has had DK and/or Rosalina. It is fake because Bowser Jr. is an NPC and Bowser is unlocked from the start. Laikue (talk | contribs) 21:28, 22 January 2015 (EST)

In fact, I just edited that info away. It was bull**** fan-cruft. AND this shows that anyone can change anything there. Don't trust wikis with 58 total edits (59 as of my edit). Laikue (talk | contribs) 21:41, 22 January 2015 (EST)

Mega Goomba's Ladder LeapEdit

The name of Mega Goomba's Boss Battle is "Mega Goomba's Ladder Leap". The name can be seen in this video from Mario Party Legacy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jdykaMkXO8 --BlooP-OW (talk) 08:58, 25 January 2015 (EST)

The "Haunted Board"Edit

How can it be accurately seen that the "haunted board" is haunted? I looked at the picture and it seems as if it could also be an underground board or just a dark forest however the latter of the two subjects I listed would indicate that it is haunted. But anyway, is there something that explicitly says it haunted? If not, then should we re-name what is listed on the main page to something that does not target something particular? User:FireFlower

I'd like to say it's haunted due to the graveyard, spooky woods, and swamp locales. The swamp is affiliated with haunted areas (most notably in the Super Mario Galaxy games). Finally, if you look closely, some of the spaces appear to have Boo's emblem (from Mario Party 7) MarioComix (talk) 22:12, 29 January 2015 (EST)
You brought up something intresting regarding the Boo Elebem Space. Should we add something related to what you saw under the spaces section? User:FireFlower
I guess we could mention that it resembles Boo's emblem. MarioComix (talk) 22:47, 29 January 2015 (EST)
May I add it then? User:FireFlower
Yes, go ahead. MarioComix (talk) 23:14, 29 January 2015 (EST)

Spike is playable?!?!Edit

Wait a minute! Just because Spike has artwork doesn't mean he's playable. From what I currently found on YouTube, there is no evidence of Spike participating in any of the events, minigames, etc. So I don't think you should add his name under the playable character list until more images get released.--96.49.137.125 21:29, 12 February 2015 (EST)

Here. Spike is listed as "new" with Rosalina and Toadette, and the top-right minigame screenshot shows him as a playable character (teamed with Mario). Hello, I'm Time Turner.
The image you posted is too low quality for me to tell if spike is in said screenshot please give me a higher resolution image.   Tag365 (talk | cont) 22:15, 12 February 2015 (EST)
Not really. That tiny green guy who's not Baby Luigi in that ball-rolling minigame is easy discern. He also comes with the HUD.  Ray Trace(T|C) 22:25, 12 February 2015 (EST)
The quality of that screenshot isn't the best, but personally, I can plainly see that Spike is one of the characters, and there's a very high-quality image with him next to a bunch of other 100% confirmed playable characters with the tag "new". Rosalina and Toadette, two new players, also have this tag. It's very clear that Spike is a playable character. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

Japanese website openEdit

Well, that essentially confirms our roster. No Birdo, Koopa Troopa, Shy Guy, or Boo, sadly. It also shows off Rosalina, Donkey Kong, and Wario amiibo boards though, so that's pretty cool. Laikue (talk | contribs) 10:35, 13 February 2015 (EST)
I wouldn't say it confirms the roster. They can easily expand that.  Toad and his brigade!  01:06, 17 February 2015 (EST)

Box Art differenceEdit

I hope this is worth going in the TRIVIA section:

The Japanese box art has Bowser holding a White Wii U GamePad, on the North American box art, he is holding a Black Wii U GamePad.

Haunted Trail (+ More) GameplayEdit

Found This: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llPpSuFfWrI The user also has videos for Chaos Castle and the bonus minigames it seems.

The Chaos Castle link is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e__WNAu6JQM The minigame link is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW3KHYvtOkc The bonus minigames link is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fcmdi9n3O3k There is laso one more link from this Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXWFxhDaX6I With these videos, it's possible to PREDICT some names of minigames, such as the Bosses Minigames and the Bonus Bowser Jr's Minigames, traslating from French to English:

  • Sledge Brother's Shocking Cards
  • King Boo's Crazy Slabs
  • Mega Monty Mole's Maze or Monty Mole's Mega Maze
  • Mega Mechakoopa's Chains or Mechakoopa's Mega Chains
  • Kamek's Magic Fireworks
  • Bowser's Terrible Tank
  • Hammer blows to Bowser Jr.
  • Head shots in Bowser Jr.

(These are not official names, I'm only translating from French to English) Also, there is, at least, 2 more bonus minigames besides Jewel Drop, Badminton Bash and the Bowser Jr.'s Challenges. --BlooP-OW (talk) 21:34, 6 March 2015 (EST)

Airship board layoutEdit

Ok, after analysing the layout of the board with what appear to be airships as platforms, I noticed that there are some airships parked adjacent to the main path of airships. But what I can't figure out is how I'm going to get there as there are no visible paths (such as those rainbows or clouds) or event spaces that will take me to those adjacent airships.--70.79.246.167 20:27, 7 March 2015 (EST)

The adjacent airships will periodically cycle allowing you to try to get on the airship with the most ministars. Go on youtube, there are a few videos. Toad and his brigade!  20:43, 7 March 2015 (EST)

Found these linksEdit

I found these links that can help to expland more the page:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n02jqkpjzWE :Have some parts of Bowser's Party at Whimsical Waters and parts of Mario Party at Airship Central. It reveals that Mega Monty Mole is the miniboss of the board and Kamek the boss of the board.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDJGdiAwnWM :Have a few of the gameplay in Mushroom Park. Strangely, the miniboss at this moment is Cheep-Chomp and the boss is Kamek.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sNflI5J-JU :At this one, the video shows a gameplay on the Mushroom Park where the player can chosse the miniboss minigame (between Sledge Bro and Mega Goomba) and the player can also choose the boss gameplay (between King Boo and Petey Piranha). Also, the player can only choose between 2 bosses, although there is a lock to the 3rd opition. Maybe there is still some board that has not yet been showed? Or maybe a DLC? --BlooP-OW (talk) 21:02, 8 March 2015 (EDT)

The second one is because under certain circumstances you can choose what boss you want to face. Same for the third. I guess when you get there it randomly decides whether there will be one, two, or three option to fight bosses, but that will remain consistant. Select bosses will always appear on the board, like Mega Goomba and Petey for Mushroom Park, Monty Mole and Kamek for Airship Central, and Sledgey and King Boo for Haunted trail. Toad and his brigade!  23:42, 8 March 2015 (EDT)

Stormy Location on the airship boardEdit

I noticed a stormy cloud zone on the airship board, should it be a reference to Mario kart 8's Cloudtop Cruise? Mirage6485 (talk · edits)

Mega Monty Mole bossEdit

The miniboss of Airship Central is Mega Monty Mole. It should be considered as a Mega Mole from Super Mario World, an especific Monty Mole or a new species? The same question for the Mega Mechakoopa (it should be considered a new species or put in the Mechakoopa's page as an especific Mechakoopa?). --BlooP-OW (talk) 22:30, 10 March 2015 (EDT)

The answer will be in the minigame description. If the game describes the boss just as "Monty Mole" or "Mechakoopa", then it's just a normal one made bigger to emphasize its boss status. MarioComix (talk) 02:16, 11 March 2015 (EDT)

Two-names minigameEdit

There's a 1 vs 3 minigame named Keep-Away Mayhem in the NOA version of the game and Piggy in the Middle in the NOE version. Check the NOE name here: [2] Like the minigame's page isn't created yet, I've added both names in the minigames list. --Sergio-Yoshi (talk) 17:50, 11 March 2015 (EDT)

According to the gameplay , Just like MPDS , this game lacks an announcer (Person who says Start! , Finish! etc...) Should it be added to the trivia section

amiibo Party PageEdit

The game is out in Japan, and comes out in North America tomorrow, shouldn't we have at least a blank page prepared for this topic yet? I've seen controversy about Bowser Party, but not amiibo Party, thoughts, anyone? -YellowYoshi2092

Trivia be inaccurateEdit

It says that Birdo is the only Playable character in the Mario Party series not to appear in this game....well, that's not true. 'Cuz Mii's aren't in MP10.

Someone delete the 9, it was suppose to be Birdo is the only Mario Party 9 character to not appear in the game.-- (TALK) 09:55, 21 March 2015 (EDT)

Birdo was in previous Mario Party games as a playable character not just in Mario Party 9. Mirage6485 (talk · edits)

Birdo was the only playable character from Mario Party 9 to not appear in Mario Party 10. I even talk with a administrator for that trivia.-- (TALK) 15:03, 21 March 2015 (EDT)

Missing Amiibo Board - "Normal Board"Edit

It's not mentioned in any promotional material I've seen so that's why it's probably not on the page, but there's a tenth Amiibo board you can unlock by collecting a 'Normal Board' token. Hopefully it can be added at some point.

Whomp Obstacle (Mario Party Mode description)Edit

Can i edit and delete this part saying: "There will be some obstacles on the path, like a Whomp blocking it, like in Perilous Palace Path from Mario Party: Island Tour." because this feature is only in Bowser Party Mode.

Compatible amiiboEdit

I read that Dr Mario works as a Mario figure so should that amiibo be added to the list. Not to mention the Skylander amiibos for DK and Bowser (and the Dark variations) Guybrush20X6 (talk) 09:02, 3 August 2015 (EDT)

Dunno about those but I can confirm that the new 8-bit Mario Amiibo works as a Mario figure

The game's receptionEdit

Okay, so as this part says: "Mario Party 10 is the first and thus far only Mario Party game to not feature a story or plot of any kind.". So, is there any way to add that this has attracted a lot of criticism from professional reviewers and/or players alike? AnonBaiter (talk) 13:25, 13 August 2015 (EDT)

Bowser Party SplitEdit

Should Bowser Party get a separate article? If not, more inf still needs to be added, because there are several more Bowser Party elements not listed.

No, it should not get split. Just add more information to the Bowser Party section to the article.  Ray Trace(T|C) 15:18, 19 April 2017 (EDT)

Vehicles infoEdit

I noticed that we don't have anything about any of Mario Party 10's vehicles anywhere on the wiki. It'd be nice knowing what vehicles each board has. Especially for those of us who don't have a Wii U and so can't find out through normal gameplay. J-Yoshi64 (talk) 15:08, 13 March 2018 (EDT)

You can always emu-oh forget it. I er technically do have the game but it simply refuses to work properly in loadiine, so you're outta luck from me.  Ray Trace(T|C) 15:38, 13 March 2018 (EDT)
I have the game and it works, so I can look in Toad's Room and put the vehicle names on the wiki. As for images, you're outta luck there too. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 15:42, 13 March 2018 (EDT)
Why can't you upload images? You can always find an image host that works with the Wii U (because imgur isn't compatible with the Wii U upload service)  Ray Trace(T|C) 16:29, 13 March 2018 (EDT)
I've never thought of that. Maybe I can consider trying to upload images somewhere sometime. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 16:42, 13 March 2018 (EDT)
