Lady Bow

Bow is the princess of the Boos of Boo's Mansion in Paper Mario. She is aided by her butler, Bootler.
She joins Mario after he solves the puzzles in Boo's Mansion. She can Slap enemies and protect Mario from attacks with her Outta Sight attack.
In later games, Bow seems to have been replaced by King Boo and Big Boo as the leader of the Boos.
