Meteor Blast

Meteor Blast is a non elemental magic attack used by some bosses, such as Grate Guy, and Axem Green in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Animation is noted by stars flashing all over the screen. This hits all party members with medium damage.
