Table Menace

Table Menace is a mini-game in Mario Party 8. As the name implies, it is a two player game of table tennis. In Table Menace, players have the option of playing as either a Mii or a character. The game is played only with the Wii Remote. The Wii Remote is intended to be held upright with the side with buttons facing the screen. The objective is reach the set amount of points required to win. A failed serve will result in a point for the opposing player. If a player hits the ball off the table without it bouncing, the opposing player. Moving the paddle is automatic and the player is only in control of swinging the paddle. Each swing is pressure sensitive. The distance the ball travels depends on how quick the Wii Remote is swung.
