Green enemy
Template:Species-infobox The Spike Rock is an enemy in the Game Boy Advance game Wario Land 4. It appears exclusively in the final battle against the Golden Diva, being the first of the five creatures that she produces in an attempt to harm Wario. It is a green rock that has spikes on it's underside when airborne. The Spike Rock gets thrown by the Golden Diva, and will float towards the ground, swaying from left to right (similar to a Butatabi). If left alone, it will continue to fall, and dissapear out of sight below the ground. If Wario touches the spikes on it's underside, it will cause Wario to take damage, and the Spike Rock will hit the ground and start crying. Likewise, Wario can time his jump to land on top of the Spike Rock and send if falling to the ground, without taking damage. Wario can then pick up and throw the Rock at the Golden Diva's mask to inflict damage and counter her attack.
Other Diva Enemies include;
Image | Name | Description |
---|---|---|
File:WL4-BearBomb.PNG | Bear Bomb | The Bear Bomb is dropped by the Golden Diva. It is a blue ball with a bear that looks like Aerodent on it. Wario can ram it to send it flying, bouncing off the walls, and hopefully hitting the Diva, causing her damage. The ball will explode by itself if left alone. |
File:WL4-DuckEgg.PNG | Black Duck | The Golden Diva can throw black eggs at Wario, which crack open on impact on the ground to reveal a time-bombed duck. They walk back and forth across the stage, flashing faster and faster, until they explode. Wario can catch the eggs before they hit the ground, and then throw it at the Golden Diva to inflict damage. |
File:WL4-SpikeHammer.PNG | Spike Hammer | A spiky Hammer which is thrown by the Golden Diva. Shortly after hitting the ground, it will lose it's spikes. Wario can then throw it up in the air, with the intention of it landing on him, transforming him into Bouncy Wario. He can then use this transformation to damage the Diva. |
File:WL4-Lips.PNG | Diva's Lips | When the Golden Diva has been defeated, her lips will remain wiggling helpless across the stage. Wario must merely ground pound or ram them to destroy it. Once done so, the Black Cat is freed (since the Diva swallowed her), and the game ends. |
