Reminder

Please stop marking unconfirmed characters for MP9 on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing.
If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it.

Please don't do it again, unless you provide a source.

How do I provide a source?

I am an autoconfirmed user. I tried to get Mario Party 1 and Mario Party 3 released for Virtual Console, but Lindsay151 and SmartieMaxx keep saying I'm just providing false sources. Lindsay151 warned me that if I continue to provide false sources, she will block me from editing. SmartieMaxx told me that they will never ever be released for Virtual Console. If Lindsay151 blocks me from editing, I will be so mad.

I'll answer that. After the info that you add, type <ref>website or source that you found info here</ref>, and it will automatically add to the "Refrerences" Section on the Mario Party 9 article.

I hope this helped :)

How do I protect a page?

User:Supermathguy39/sig

Mario Party source

Sir, am i not postive with the source you provice, showing MP1 and MP3 coming to the VC in 2012. The web sources you input doesn't show the facts, nor announcement has been showed. Until you show a legitamite source, i'll have to revert your edits.

Also (from your comment above), only Syosp and Bots can protect pages. Alien Bunny Sprite.pngL151Onnanoko

What is a legitamite source for MP1 and what is a legitamite source for MP3?

This and This.

Alien Bunny Sprite.pngL151Onnanoko

What is a valid source for an MP release date and what is a valid source for an MP3 release date?

A legit website showing the (VC) release date. For example...

Image caption

Alway put in the caption of the image file on article page. As this example -

Wind Wavers from Mario Party 5
insert caption.

only to those with blank image summary and minigame infoboxes.

So you're just putting random links as sources.

They will never ever ever be released for a reason

There is a topic in nintendolife's forum discussing it. Take a looksy! --SmartieMaxx (talk) 20:43, 10 October 2012 (EDT)

The sources I'm providing are legit, so leave my editing alone.

Don't change your thoughts. And those sources aren't legit; they're just previous revisions of that article. --SmartieMaxx (talk) 18:16, 11 October 2012 (EDT)

How do I become a Sysop?

If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

I have reminder and advise you through the messages above, about provicing legit web source to confirm dates. Sir you continue adding these false sources again, you'll be block from the wiki.

What are legit sources to confirm dates?

As i mentioned in the last paragraph.

Alien Bunny Sprite.pngL151Onnanoko

Why are you rejecting them everytime I provice them?

Message of what i and SmartieMaxx told you above, you're now just adding previous revisions false source on article pages.

MediaWiki Syntax

What is MediaWiki Syntax?

Semi-Protecting Pages on Articles on Upcoming Games

Lindsay151, why are you just semi-protecting pages on articles on upcoming games rather than fully protecting them.
