That's easy. First, you copy the code of either an official SMW userbox or ask someone for theirs. Take mine, for example;

You copy the code, which is this;

Absence

I will not be on the Super Mario Wikia often due to the current malfuctioning of my iPad and the fact that my computer is broken. Maybe, these problems will be solved next week or hopefully sooner. Image tips

Make sure the level image, you're uploading is a full length screenshot and not cropped out. Also, don't input the file name as Image.jpg, instead put in the level name in the image file before uploading.
