Rest is a move used by Jigglypuff in both Super Smash Bros. games. It is executed by pressing down B. Jigglypuff will fall asleep. If Jigglypuff is touching a character while doing this move, the character will be hit by a very powerful shock, sending him flying in the air.
Until Jiggypuff awakens, she will not be able to move.
