Template:Species-infobox Electroids are enemies which appear in Donkey Kong Country Returns, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. They are purple electric spheres with two eyes, which are locked in round cages full of a violet matter. Generally, Electroids make an electricity line, linking each other. They only appear in the Factory area in Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, and only appear in one level in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. In the former, they move near holes and narrow tunnels that the Kongs must pass. In Switcheroo, they can be eliminated if the Kongs activate the colored switch platforms that the Electroids are contacted in, causing them to be pushed out of the area. Template:BoxTop
