Munchlesia are a peculiar species of plants that only grow on Lavalava Island in Paper Mario. Munchelesia look like giant beige plants with a green center. These plants use Coins as bait. Mario encounters these types of plants after the Baby Yoshis got lost in the deep jungle. Mario should have to think twice about jumping on one when it has a single Coin, for they will attack him and he'll lose a single HP point. It is unknown how the Coins are placed there though.
