Galactic Stadium is a default stadium in Mario Strikers Charged. It, as it's name may suggest, is set on a giant piece of debree from a spaceship, which is hovering in Space. The background ha many floating objects. The stadium, although it may look impressive, has no real features other than an electric fence (which all stadiums in the game have). However, the stadium is still good for matches. Unlike most other music tracks in this game, Galactic Stadium has rather peaceful and calm music. This was probably done to fit the space theme.
