Some time ago, Lindsay has requested me a couple of Screenshots.
Now that I've sent her the entire ZIP File, she didn't seem to notice it at all.
For this reason, I'll post the Screenshots here, completely RAW, so the Cropping and placement on the Wiki is all up to you.

Merge Coin Rush to New Super Mario Bros 2
Template:SettledTPP Template:ProposalOutcome
Every game mode should be in the respective game that appears in to make the game's article complete.

Merge
- Coincollector (talk) - Well, we had these experiences in the past, so this won't be an exclusion to be merged.
- Raven Effect (talk) Per this proposal and the standard set by the merging of all the other modes such as the ones in brawl.
- Bloc Partier (talk) - Per the standard. Plus, it's far more efficient to have it in the same article. Fewer clicks.
- Bop1996 (talk) This is our current standard. Leaving it unmerged would be inconsistent with our current pattern.
- Mario4Ever (talk) Per all.
Don't Merge
- Koopa K (talk) So, all game modes should be merged? Wait, what about this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, and this one. Besides this page has too much good info to be merged.
- JORDAN DEBONO (talk) Per Koopa K and MarioSmasher. You forgot this one as well.
- MarioSmasher (talk) – Does the game's article look INCOMPLETE without the game mode merged to? NO! And we have a long page, so the game article would get too crammed.
- Ultra Koopa (talk) - Per all.
- superluigirules (talk) - Per all.
- Tails777 (talk) Per Koopa K
- MegaKoopa (talk)- Per all.
- MarioMaster2011 (talk)-Per all. Just make Coin Rush a separate article. Remember we don't need to merge this so why merge this?
- Technickal (talk)- Per JORDAN DEBONO. @Coincollector Technically, it is a minigame.
- Electrical Bowser jr. (talk) Per Koopa K.
- Blue CosmicToad (talk) Per all, especially the first three.
- MarioManiac164 (talk) Per all.
- LightningLuigi93 (talk) Per Koopa K and MarioSmasher. The page is TOO long. And yes, do all game modes have to be merged?
- Comp52 (talk) I think that just having a brief summary of the game mode on the page, and a link to the seperate page is sufficient enough. I say, don't change anything, leave it how it is.
- LightningBlue (talk) Important separate mode. Not to mention the streetpass function makes the page too long.
- YoshiDaisyfan9 (talk) - Per Koopa K.
Comments
Every game should mention their modes, but not fit all the information in one single article, especially if the mode is significant. A summary and link to the main page is enough. JORDAN DEBONO (talk)
When you think about it, the Subspace Emissary did have its own article at one point, but it ended up being merged with the Super Smash Bros. Brawl article, despite the fact that it had plenty of information. M&SG (talk) 09:20, 27 August 2012 (EDT)
- It's better to start a new fashion then to follow a bad one. That's my opinion of course. JackpotJordan 09:21, 27 August 2012 (EDT)
The real problem of making articles for game modes is that you're adding plenty of information on them and little to none on the game's article - in the worst of the cases, replacing the content of a section in a {{main}} link. Most of the examples given by opposers are from MP9, and it seems this is a major issue we should discuss sooner or later to avoid incosistency on other game articles and modes. ¢oincoll€ctor
- That is fine if the main articles are thirsty for words, but NSMB2 is very complete and certainly doesn't need more words then it already has. JackpotJordan 10:03, 27 August 2012 (EDT)
Sorry, I don't see anything that makes the NSMB2 page look right by now. There is no description of game modes, no depth in gameplay section and Trivia section overloaded. However, it's too soon to make a conclusion of this discussion, so I'll wait other users to give their opinions ¢oincoll€ctor
If all game modes were on the games page then the page would be too big.
— The preceding unsigned comment was added by World 6 (talk).
- Could we use a {{Main}} on the actual game page, linking to this article? I think this article is much better-developed than other mode articles that I've seen merged, which gives it an excuse to remain unmerged. Marioguy1 (talk)
@Marioguy1 Unfortunately not, I put the possible consequence of putting the {{Main}} in that section, unless you can summarize the mode in the article first and then (but still personally not recommended) add the Main template. ¢oincoll€ctor
Please note that the Super Smash Bros. Brawl article was lacking words and needed the SSE to be merged into it. Yoshi K (talk)
Well, I think there are two different types of these sort of things, minigames and modes. The SSE was a mode and was merged. Minigames are stuff like Whomp Stomp and Bombsketball. I actually think Coin Rush fits more as a minigame than a mode. Yoshi K (talk)
I think that the majority of people agree, the sections need to not be merged. Is it all right if I remove the banner from the NSMB2 page about the merge?Comp52 (talk)
No Luigi Option...
Should we add this to the page or does it seem unnecessary? AzelfandQuilava 17:32, 12 October 2012 (EDT)
This isn't necessarily important information, but it could be used in the trivia section. MimiTheCopycat 17:12, 24 November 2012 (EST)
I think it is neccessary to add this to the page ---Zhangfangte (talk) 12:30, 28 June 2013 (EDT)

Since I've been on a Super Mario Run spree lately, I think it's important to note that the game's Toad Rally mode allows you to go into a state known as "Coin Rush", sharing a name with the mode in NSMB2. Run's Coin Rush changes things like the amount of coins gotten from enemies, the items that come out of Roulette Boxes, and the attractability of Toads. As well as that, it can be described how to activate Coin Rush, how it ends, and the effects of a Super Star on Coin Rush. However, it wouldn't be right to have the Coin Rush from one game be the universal Coin Rush and have all other Coin Rushes have to be game-specific articles and the Coin Rushes in both games are so different, you couldn't just add Run's info to this article.
In the effort of ease of searchability, I'd suggest creating Coin Rush (Super Mario Run), moving this article to Coin Rush (New Super Mario Bros 2), and creating a disambiguation page for the modes.

Support
- MegaYarnPoochy (talk) Per above.
- Shy Guy on Wheels (talk) The two are almost completely different, and as such deserve separate articles.
Oppose
- Lcrossmk8 (talk) Coin Rush from New Super Mario Bros. 2 is the main version, as it appeared first and is an actual mode, while "Coin Rush" from Super Mario Run is just a state and nothing else. I would agree with making a Coin Rush (Super Mario Run) article, but this article should NOT be renamed, because it is the main one---edit: I actually don't. There is already an article on Coin Rush from Super Mario Run, so we should just keep the status quo.
- Mario jc (talk) While I support the creation of an article for SMR's Coin Rush, I don't think the NSMB2 Coin Rush should be renamed. It's a far bigger, straight-up game mode (with its own add-on content, no less), and therefore should take greater importance over a simple game mechanic.
Comments
Could you explain to me more why it couldn't fit on this article? You said a few times it's "just like the NSMB2 Coin Rush," so I'm curious. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 04:19, 20 January 2018 (EST)
- lol, this is what I get for doing this at 1 AM. What I meant was that the two Coin Rushes are radically different. NSMB2's Coin Rush is a mode where you go through 3 stages and collect as many coins as possible, while Run's Coin Rush is an event that can occur during the Toad Rally mode where you can get a lot more coins and power ups for 10-15 seconds. They're completely different besides the coin part. YarnPoochy 04:47, 20 January 2018 (EST)
