Template:Levelbox Meowser Showdown is the final level in Super Mario Maker 2’s Story Mode. It is unlocked when Chief Toadette gets kidnapped. The course is set in a castle theme, and has a difficulty rating of 3/4 stars. Once the course is cleared, The Chief will return and the castle will be complete

Layout

The course will have 'The Great Tower Showdown 1 playing.

    • At the first section, there’s a giant ! Block that rises when Ground Pounded, giving Mario access to a ? Block containing a Super Mushroom.
    • Another giant ! Block will extend to the right when Ground Pounded, Leading Mario to a Fire Bro. guarding the next ! Block.
    • After Ground Pounding the ! Block, Mario will encounter a Heavy Fire Bro., and a gap with lava.
      • Mario must also be weary of the Banzai Bill from the background.
    • After jumping over the gap, There are two ? Blocks: one contains a Super Mushroom, while the other contains Coins.
    • Ground Pounding the ! Block leads Mario to a Bully, and another ! Block.
      • Background Banzai Bills will try and stop Mario from reaching the other side
    • More ! Blocks will lead Mario to a giant Meowser.
      • The strategy into proceeding is to wait and let Meowser offscreen, Then get past him.
    • Once Mario is past Meowser, Jump onto a Semisolid Platform to find a Hop-Chop on the ground.
    • There are more Semisolid Platforms that leads Mario to a Clear Pipe
      • Just be weary of the background Banzai Bills.
    • Entering the Clear Pipe will activate the Checkpoint.
    • A orange Warp Pipe will lead Mario to the second area of the course.
      • The sub area starts out with a Koopa Troopa Car, and Mario must avoid lots of obstacles while driving to a Warp Box
      • Once Mario Reaches the Warp Box, he’ll suddenly be taken to the third area.
    • A Clear Pipe will take Mario to another Checkpoint, and of course... a Giant Winged Meowser.
    • Mario must use the same strategy as before to get through, take a Clear Pipe, and head for the top of the third area.
    • After reaching the top, Mario must face Meowser head-on, Using Red POW Blocks.
      • If Mario is in a pinch, He can climb Bell Trees to get a Super Bell.
    • After Meowser’s defeat, Mario will receive the Key, And Enter a Warp Box.
    • The Fourth Area leads to the goal, Where Toadette is held in a cage.
    • Mario Must Grab The Goal Pole To Rescue Toadette.
