Flashy Mushroom's are items that first appear in Paper Mario Sticker Star. In Paper Mario Sticker Star, they can be bought for 50 Coins at Decalburg, this is the only place you can buy it from. In Paper Mario: The Origami King, they restore 200 Health Points, as for Paper Mario Sticker Star, it restores 80 HP, and 99 HP if done an "Excellent" move.
