Dinger Derby is a 4-player minigame in Mario Party 5. The players will have 30 baseballs thrown at them by a pitching machine of sorts and must hit as many of them as possible. In the backround, one can see an audience in the stands made up of koopas, goombas and others. In fact, oftentimes the ball a player hits will hit one of them! This is one of the minigames where high scores are recorded.
