Professor Backpack is found in the Sunrise Temple right after destroying the first Darkmess Tentacle. - —Professor Backpack, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
Professor Backpack is located on a separate platform after clearing the first Darkmess Tentacle, and is reached by using a cannon. The Pristine Peaks riddle has three statues with different facial expressions and small images in the forehead, which can be changed. The one on the left must display a snowflake, the middle one must display a stone mask, and the one on the right must display a mountain.

The Palette Prime riddle is located in a room accessed via a pipe near the bottom of the Abandoned Well. There is a clock-like structure on the floor, each showing different symbols of times in the day.
