Bio: "Though Goombas once lived in peace in the Mushroom Kingdom, they betrayed their homeland to side with Bowser. Exactly how Goomba uses his baseball gear is a bit of a mystery. Maybe you can spot the secret technique if you watch closely as he makes plays in the field..."

About that last part has anynoe seen closely what their secret is? Is it their mouth? All I remember was that the bat was floating 0_o! Paper Jorge

Goomba Template

Could somebody please make a Template for Goombas, it is to complicated for me. YoshiFan 18:26, 4 February 2007 (EST) A fan of Yoshis and Goombas

I will! -- Sir Grodus

Could anyone give me a list of the games Goombas haven't appeared in?SaudyTalk!

Possible Relatives

I wonder why it says that Squiglets are relatives to goombas, mean goombas appear in Super Paper Mario. Mr. Guy the GuyPickle.png Talk!E

Round and mushroom Goombas

Im mario party advance i saw both regular and round goombas, are them the same or separated species? Larry.gifAndré, Do your homework !!!

They go by the same name. There can be different varieties even when they're the same species. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 14:36, 27 August 2007 (EDT)

They're subspecies. I also read on Wikipedia that the round Goombas have a different name from the mushroom Goombas in Japan. Also The round Goombas look more like the mushroom Goombas in Super Mario Galaxy. In that game there's only three small differences, round Goombas are smaller, have proportionately smaller stems, and have rounded heads-Informant A.K.A. KP Shadow

Not to mention they can be killed with a single spin, and are more grey. They're the best ones! Jakeyboy01 16:02, 30 July 2008 (EDT)

Well, if we have separate articles for characters who have the same name in Japanese games but different ones in English games, I suppose the opposite would be true and we'd have an article on Roud Goombas. Stumpers! 18:25, 30 July 2008 (EDT)
We should. They seem to be the same species as from Mario Land and the Maio World games.

The round ones yield coins even when you spin them. But when you get them with a Star Bit, they turn dizzy like normal goombas. (I used to call them "Gooms"...) Big-bang

Battle of Mushroom WORLD?

Do you think that that's a good title for the 3rd part of the article? I think not. -User:WackyWario2

The Mushroom World is the setting of Super Mario Bros. 3. What should be wrong with the title? - Cobold (talk · contribs) 11:38, 13 February 2008 (EST)

May the Force be with you, Goomba

How do Goombas hold baseball bats? Do they use the Force or telekinesis?

... That is... *ahem* a very good question.

A wizard did it! --Blitzwing 16:32, 31 July 2008 (EDT)

Obviously that cucumber from Vegitales is behind it. Stumpers! 19:25, 31 July 2008 (EDT)

So, Blitzwing, ur sayin th@ it's basically Kamek doing the batting for it??? All the lazy Goomba has to do is run to the posts around the field on its stumpy feet then! But then i guess the running is hard work because the thing has not legs. & wh@ the hel is Vegitales? Its not even on Wikipedia!!!

Oh yeah...duz that mean th@ sum Magikoopa scrolls thru Goombella's book 4 her in PM2 1000 Yr Door? User: Georegdrake Z

Wait a minute, what if Kamek wasn't anywhere on the field or the stands, but Goomba was playing? It could be a ghost... and it couldn't be the Boos. --Palkia47 12:05, 1 August 2008 (EDT)

Spelling error, sir. I meant, "Vegetales," a TV show in which sentient vegetables re-enact Bible stories... I'm not kidding. Anyway, they have no arms so they make things float like Goomba. Regardless, let's move this discussion to the forum, yes? Stumpers! 12:35, 1 August 2008 (EDT)

Right...anyway, I wanna talk about Magikoopa/Goomba baseball teams! Go the super combination! Oh, a thought...imagine if a Goomba was in M& S @ the Olympic Games. Thinking of a Goomba doing Archery and Fencing makes my head hurt. And Goomba Gymnastics...hahahahaha! User: Georgedrake Z
