Happiness Medal
Happiness Medals are items in Yoshi Topsy-Turvy. They are medals that the Spirits of Yoshi's Island award Yoshi with if he completes his missions. Happiness Medals have an important role. To receive one, Yoshi must complete the tasks given by the Spirits. A number of Happiness Medals are required to go to the next chapter. There are two types of Happiness Medals that Yoshi can obtain, the Silver Medal and the Gold Medal. A Silver Medal is earned if Yoshi gets a score near that required by the Spirits. Additionally, the player gets two chances in the Bonus Chance! A Gold Medal is earned if Yoshi gets a score better than that required by the Spirits. Additionally, the player gets better odds at winning the Bonus Chance!
