Power Rush badge, retaining the letter D.

Okay, so I know it's been mention multiple times that the Power Rush badge now has a P on it in the remake rather than a D as in the original. However my version still retains the original D on the badge. Can anyone confirm if this is some kinda of visual error or a regional thing?
