The Ghost Medal is an accessory found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is found by finding the 3 Musty Fears' flags in Mario's Pad, Yoshi's Island and Rose Town. If Mario finds them, the 3 Musty Fears will give him the Ghost Medal.
