Mushroom Balls are items found on Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. There are 16 total, each holding their own special prize if Mario or Luigi hand them to a yellow Toad with a mustache. Once the plumbers find the 16th, they get awarded with the item Treasure Specks.
