Tilt Lift

A Tilt Lift is a new gimmick in the game New Super Mario Bros. Wii. At first it appears as a solid gray platform. However, when someone lands on it, it changes into the corresponding characters color. It will turn red fro Mario, green for Luigi, blue for Blue Toad, and yellow for Yellow Toad. The player can then control the lift by tilting the Wii remote. Tilting the remote to the left makes the left side of the lift go down while tiliting it to the right makes the right side of the lift go down. These platforms can be used to reach Star Coins and Warp Pipes that the player couldn't normally reach.
